Questions & safety
The things everyone asks before their first Himalayan trek.
If you can comfortably walk five to six hours with a light daypack on back-to-back days, you can do our Easy and Moderate treks. Hard treks add altitude and longer days — we recommend eight weeks of regular hill walking or stair training beforehand.
Every itinerary follows a climb-high, sleep-low profile with built-in acclimatisation days. Guides carry pulse oximeters and check the group morning and evening. If symptoms appear, we descend — no summit or pass is worth pushing through AMS.
Yes. All national park fees, TIMS cards and restricted-area permits (Manaslu) are arranged by us and included in the price. You only need your passport and two photos.
Minimum two, maximum twelve trekkers, with one guide per four guests and porters carrying the main duffels. Private departures are available on request.
Everything on the mountain: teahouse rooms, three meals a day, guide and porter wages and insurance, permits, and transfers from Kathmandu. International flights, visas, personal gear, travel insurance and tips are not included.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure. Within 30 days we retain the 20% deposit; within 7 days, 50%. If we cancel a departure for safety, you receive a full refund or free rebooking.
