Where to send what
- Before you book
- Fitness, altitude, kit, whether a route suits you, or a private departure on dates that are not listed. Ask — we would rather talk you onto the right trek than sell you the wrong one.
- An existing booking
- Quote your booking reference and we can pull it up immediately. You can also see it yourself under my bookings, or look it up with your reference and email.
- Your personal data
- A copy of what we hold, a correction, or erasure. What we keep and why is set out in the privacy policy; we answer these within 30 days.
- On the trail
- Your guide carries a phone and the office number, and is the fastest route to us during a trek. Emergency contacts are on your confirmation email — keep a copy offline.
